It's Peter Macdonald, I have moved to Dubai now but would love to get my hands on a jersey. Can I reserve one. Do you need payment up front? Large for me.

It is good to hear from you..How's Dubai? I hear there is a small mtb group there that rides trails outside Dubai, close to the Omani border..did you get a chance to ride any of that?

I'll set aside one large jersey for you and when it gets here we'll figure out shipping to Dubai. No need for payment up front.

Just a quick update on the Jerseys:

The plan was to have the jerseys made and delivered by the end of December. Although the design is finalized and we have settled on a custom apparel maker vendor to make the jerseys, we have been trying to find a reasonable way to avoid the very high Egyptian import duties on clothing/apparel. A fellow cyclist generously offered to bring them along from Europe in the first week of January, but the shop will not be able to deliver the jerseys in time due to the holidays.

We will try to have them delivered as soon as we are able work out the shipping issue.

Another quick update: We're trying to have them by mid to late February. We're sort of tied to limited shipping options to avoid prohibitively expensive customs duties and very high shipping costs.

I will keep everyone informed of progress on that and let you know once we have a fixed delivery date.

Quick update on this: The jersey order has been submitted and if all goes well we should have them by late February.

Jerseys are here!! They turned out great! Excellent colors and fit.
